What to Expect Pre. During. & Post Workout

Pre. 

THE WORK OUTS:

GRHIIT is a 45 minute Hight Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout that combines explosive movement, plyometrics, core training, & full body movement

CLASS PASSES:

Class Passes cannot be shared, returned or exchanged. Class Passes may be transferred to another person. The card will need to be redeemed at the time of class on site.

ARRIVING AT THE SITE:
When you arrive for class, please stop at the table to check-in. Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before  the class start time to give yourself enough time to grab a snack, get some water, apply sunscreen if needed, get acclimated, and connect with others.

PRE-REGISTERING FOR CLASSES:
We strongly encourage you to pre-register for your classes. *WE CAN NOT TAKE ON SITE REGISTRATIONS* 

If the class is full after you arrive, we can return your class fee to your account if your spot has been taken by another client.  *There are no refunds for no shows.*

WHAT TO WEAR:
Wear comfortable exercise clothing and tennis shoes. We will be on concrete! 

During.

NO NEED TO BRING EQUIPMENT:

All you need are your work out clothes and your shoes. We’ll have all the equipment you need on site! 

LISTEN TO YOUR BODY:

Grab a snack or take a breather if you start to feel a little funny. This workout is for you-not anyone else. So don't over exert your self Sis.

HYDRATE. HYDRATE. HYDRATE. 

Grab a bottle on us or bring water. You must hydrate. It’s mission critical for your health. For real. 

POST.

CELEBRATE:

Girl you made it! Give a few HIGH FIVES and congratulate someone.

REFULE:

Make sure you hydrate and grab a snack after your workout to replenish your body from your workout.
