I haven’t always been in this space. There was a time when I struggled with poor nutrition, unhealthy habits, and lack of exercise. But it wasn’t until I noticed how poorly I felt and also realized that being a Black Woman from the South, fitness wasn’t a topic of discussion in my home or circles. I became fascinated with Women’s Health and have built an incredible career of teaching women how to establish healthy life-syle changes that will ultimately lead them to a better quality of life. As a Women’s Fitness Specialist, am proud to say that I have served thousands of women (and a few men), hosted several fitness events, co-authored a book- Your Life is Worth It, created three women’s fitness communities, ran thousands of miles, worked with over 30 notable brands, been featured over 15 times, and all of that has led me to YOU! And now, I want to teach your community how to win in fitness and in life by identifying pain points, setting goals, and learning how to achieve them.
