Unity Performance Club is a community-focused training collective designed to support and uplift women of color in their fitness and endurance journeys. It blends structured coaching, group runs, strength work, and community events to help members build confidence, improve performance, and connect with like-minded athletes. The club emphasizes empowerment, inclusivity, progress, and fun — creating a supportive space where goals are achieved together.
